7/8 inch (22.2mm) aluminium handlebars from LSLLSL stands for outstanding handlebar quality. This is due to the company's own selection of material and material treatment as well as the manufacturing quality of the handlebars, which has been optimised over decades. In the 1990s, LSL worked out the perfect alloy, heat treatment and processing method in its own series of tests. The result is a product that combines extremely high bending stiffness with resistance to breakage. To confirm the consistent quality, LSL regularly tests its handlebars with its own specially created test programme, which ensures the high quality of the handlebars.LSL aluminium handlebars have an outer diameter of 22.2 mm and a wall thickness of 4 mm (14 mm inside). The surface is highly polished and available in up to six anodised colours, depending on the handlebar type. Handlebars in black are also available in a matt bead-blasted finish.The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation lock of the switch fittings. In order to optimise the position of the drill holes from the standard handlebars, we recommend using an LSL drilling template.All LSL handlebars are supplied with ABE.The model range is huge and is expanded every year with new entries. In the ABE you will find reliable documentation of which handlebar type fits and is approved for your motorbike.As a rule, the classifications in the ABE are unconditional. However, there are also exceptions.For example, LSL offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can also mount one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorbike with a standard 22.2 mm mount. So check the entry for your motorbike in the ABE.If you cannot find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as an accompanying document for an individual approval.
